Mary Pate, REALTOR®

Mary has worked in the real estate industry since 2001 and enjoys working with people helping them find their dream home. Born and raised in the upstate of SC, Mary is very familiar with not only Greenville, but also the lesser known outlying areas of the Upstate. Mary is a member of the South Carolina Board of, REALTORS®, the Greenville Association of REALTORS®, the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®. She attended Wingate College and is a graduate of Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. Mary's extensive background provides her with knowledge and insight in the real estate market. She has a commitment to her clients demonstrated in her professionalism, ethics, efficiency and strong initiative. Mary enjoys cooking, exploring new and innovative restaurants in Greenville, antiquing and spending time with family and friends. She is also involved in community service. Mary is a former board member of the SC Autism Society and has been involved in the Charles Lea Center of Spartanburg since 1999. Mary's great love for animals has allowed her to work both directly and indirectly with rescue groups.
